Return & Refund Policy

At soothroom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused and uninstalled
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • All parts and accessories must be included
  • The item must be in resalable condition

Items that have been assembled, installed, or used are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed or assembled theater seating
  • Used products
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

Due to the size and weight of home theater seating, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend keeping the original packaging in case a return is needed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging

We will arrange replacement parts or a replacement product at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A restocking fee may apply if the item is not returned in original condition

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been processed or shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us.
