Shipping Methods
soothroom offers shipping via trusted carriers. Due to the size and weight of our home theater seating, all products are shipped as large furniture items and may require freight or white-glove delivery service.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

White-glove delivery includes inside delivery and basic placement of the furniture, but does not include assembly unless selected.

For large items, some stairs, elevators, or tight spaces may require additional assistance.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States. International orders are not accepted at this time.
Damaged or Lost Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include photos of the item and packaging.

soothroom will coordinate repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product at no cost.
For lost shipments, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
